Margarine
Dafne
The secret to satisfying the most demanding palates is all vegetable.
Margarine Dafne, vegetable-origin goodness

In mythology, Daphne represents the concepts of natural sweetness and beauty. This is the inspiration for OLFOOD’s new line of margarines based on excellence in the field of vegetable-origin products, offering a new product for professionals in the patisserie industry.

Quality, health and sustainability are the aspects that characterise the new DAFNE line of margarines.

Quality
Oils and ingredients selected at the point of origin and processed in Italy, and in-process tests and controls guarantee resulting creams and puff pastries of the utmost quality. Laboratory tests have confirmed its excellent workability, a characteristic that, combined with a balanced and persistent aroma, renders DAFNE a 100% vegetable-origin ingredient that guarantees success for your haute patisserie products.

Health
Ever more attentive of the demands of the end consumer, here at Olfood we created DAFNE in line with current market trends, responding to the highest quality and supply chain standards.
DAFNE is without hydrogenated fats and lactose-free margarine. Gluten free and without preservatives, it is rich in Omega-9, thanks to the presence of High oleic sunflower oil. DAFNE is also an ideal ingredient for vegan products for an attentive consumer group that demands quality, healthiness and flavour.

Sustainability
DAFNE margarine has been certified by RSPO-Mass Balance, one of the sustainability standards in the global palm oil supply chain.
From cultivation to procurement, right up to the use of palm oil, certified products guarantee that environmental impact is reduced to a minimum and that programmes are developed to favour farmers.
Sustainability, flavour and workability at their highest.
