Ingredients
Sugar-free soy milk | 1.000 g |
Cane sugar | 350 g |
Olmix Crema a Caldo | 100 g |
Flavourings | to taste |
Method
Pour the milk into a plastic container and bring to the boil in the microwave.
Separately, mix Olmix Crema a Caldo with the sugar and any flavourings.
When the milk boils, pour in the sugar and whisk.
Return the container to the microwave, heating at approx. 2-minute intervals on medium power and then whisking.
When the cream reaches consistency and the bubbles disappear, smooth and cover with cling film.
Chill the cream in the refrigerator until it reaches the optimum temperature.
Regenerate the cream with a whisk and use.
