Uht vegetable-based preparations for patisserie and cooking.
Unsweetened vegetable-based pre-processed cow cream substitute. In liquid form it can be used directly to prepare light sauces for pasta, rice and main dishes. Whipped, it is excellent for the preparation of patisserie creams and is also ideal as a structuring ingredient for creating decorations.
